When you check availability of a unit type, you will be able to see the weekly pricing for each available apartment, from lowest to highest cost.

We will work with you to find a suitable lease length, in some cases we can offer up to 3 year agreements.

No, the units in our buildings are all unfurnished.

Yes, we can review your pet application when you apply.

Yes, most of the units have a car park allocated, please check the property listing details to confirm.

Yes, there is bicycle storage available and some units have storage cages.

Electricity and Hot water is supplied as part of an embedded network with separate meters to only charge you for what you use. Dwellings are 5 star-energy rated and you will also receive credits for the solar generated on our roof-tops.  You will have choice of provider, however, you will need to contact them to arrange an alternative electricity provider.  Water bills will be provided by the retailer in the area. 

Yes, you can choose your own service provider or we can refer your details to our connection manager who can assist you in finding and setting up your internet connection.

Painting of the apartments is prohibited, however, hanging pictures and making the unit feel like home is allowed. You will need to ensure the apartment is presented back in the same condition as when you moved in.

Yes, we can assist you in moving to another unit if required. Please contact us for more information.

Yes, there is onsite staff available during business hours. Each site has an office you can visit.
