Our built-for-renters apartments at Prahran and Brighton are part of new, integrated housing precincts that will include specialist disability accommodation, affordable and social housing.
All tenants will receive the same high level of service from our onsite support team, and all community development activities and social gatherings will be open to everyone.
Building Communities’ new housing neighbourhoods have been designed to be welcoming, secure, environmentally friendly and meet high quality modern design and accessibility standards.
Shared spaces will include community rooms for social and educational activities, active open spaces, community gardens and pocket parks.
Building Communities
Building Communities is a not-for-profit project group partnering with Homes Victoria to deliver integrated housing developments offering social, affordable and market rental options, including specialist disability accommodation. Its community housing provider, Community Housing Limited, will deliver all tenant support services and community engagement activities onsite.
Onsite tenant support
Our onsite support team will manage tenancy agreements, property maintenance services and repairs and organise inclusive community building activities for all tenants.
